一块KFC chicken breast去皮差不多有两百Gram = 50多protein对吗?不用怕~现在我一天至少吃两块200gram鸡胸肉,加上我一天一定喝2杯8g protein牛奶 = 16g protein,4slice massino = 11g protein, 64g peanuts butter = 14.8g,200g 豆腐 = 20g protein,应该够了瓜~看来不用protein粉也够了~哈哈!
