乳鸽1只、冬虫草2克、花旗参片5克、枸杞子3克、上汤1000克。
制 法:
1、将乳鸽一剖二洗净,焯水后放入碗中;
2、在另一碗中加上汤、盐、花旗参片、冬虫草、枸杞子、味精、姜末调好后倒入碗中,上笼蒸2小时即成。
