製法: 1. 牛油和糖打起至忌廉狀,加入啡糖、雞蛋、麥片、夏威夷果仁和發粉混和拌勻,最後放入朱古力碎。
Whip butter and sugar to cream form. Add brown sugar, egg, oatmeal, macadamia nuts and baking powder. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
2. 用保鮮紙包?麵糰,放進雪櫃冷藏 3 小時。取出,用壓麵糰棍輕輕按壓,用圓形曲奇模出圓形麵糰,放在鋪了焗爐紙的焗盤上。
Wrap dough with cling wrap. Chill in fridge for 3 hours. Take out. Use rolling pin to gently press and flatten dough. Use round cookie mould to press out round shape dough pieces. Arrange on baking tray lined with baking paper.
3. 放進已預熱 20 分鐘的焗爐,以上火 180 度、下火 150 度,焗 10 分鐘。
Put into oven preheated for 20 minutes. Adjust upper heating limit to 180?砳C and lower to 150?砳C. Bake for 10 minutes.
4. 取出,灑上糖霜即成。
Take out. Sprinkle icing sugar on cookies
