材料
小棵芥兰菜=300g(西篮花或小芦荀亦可用)
豆腐=一块
香菇=20朵
做法
(1)芥兰菜洗净,热水里加盐,糖,味精生油,将芥兰汤熟,捞起时过冷水,沥干.
(2)豆腐用乾的布包起,取重物略压去水汁,取出时拍烂,加盐,味精,太白粉各适量,拌成馅.
(3)香菇浸软之后挤干,加酱青,味精,麻油,胡椒粉醃阵,放进热油里爆香,捞起.
(4)香茹底面沾上些太白粉,把馅填上,再按上一粒青豆仁作点缀,入蒸锅里蒸10分钟.取出时,香菇摆放碟中,用芥兰菜困边,再煮献汁淋上.
完成.
