作法:
1.山藥去皮切成小丁,黃豆芽洗淨留下芽頭備用。
2.銀杏、豌豆仁川盪後過涼備用。
3.再將鮮人蔘切成小片,再將所有食材一起放入?中拌炒,加上適當調味料,即可排盤上桌。
