我该怎样瘦下来呢??
最近是这样练
早午餐 有吃 , 晚餐 只是喝麦片+milo + 几片饼干
每天有去gym 跑步 30-45 分钟 ( speed = 前5min (5.0 warm up) 过后 13min (7.0-8.5) ,又放慢 (5.5, 3分钟 ), 过后又继续)
练了2个月 刚开始是有瘦下来可是最近效果没什么大了@@
