燃烧脂肪要低卡路里的shake,不要买weight gainer,去找whey isolate,24g protein大概120卡路里罢了
练3天的话就要做full body workout 了,练5天才能选一天练2个部位
尽量做一些squats, deadlift, pull up, dumbbell swing,turkish getup之类的动作
cardio大概10-15分钟就好
记得注意一天的卡路里量
