制法:锅内加水烧至60~70℃,下入润香白鱼米飞水30秒,捞出吸干水分;木瓜洗净,刨去外皮,改刀切成火柴棒粗细的丝,加盐稍腌,挤干水分,加鸡蛋黄、生粉、吉士粉、味精、鸡粉、白糖拌匀,用平锅煎至六成熟,撤上润香白鱼米,一同前孰目即可.
