·特 色: 酸中带辣,开胃爽口,色香味俱全。
·操 作: 葱切末,西红柿和黄瓜切丁如黄豆大,另依个人口味加盐,味精,醋(适当多放以突出酸味),白胡椒粉,麻油,紫菜,虾皮.放入碗内,面条白水煮熟后,用面条汤约半碗将上述调料配料冲沏酸汤搅拌均匀,捞入适量面条既可。
