材料:虾600克(去头油炸1分钟捞起备用)。
A辣椒料:小葱10粒、蒜头1大粒、香茅3棵(全切碎)。
B辣椒料:番茄酱2汤匙、辣椒酱1汤匙、cili boh 1汤匙、糖半茶匙、盐1茶匙。
做法:先将A辣椒料爆香,然后加入B辣椒料及少许水一齐炒香,最后才放入虾球炒至干水即可。
