Always confuse in my english speaking.
Hope to learn it well, but i heard at my country , O-level course, the fee is around 2k+, only half of year.
Regret that i was study in school did not hard-working.

i feel that learning english is better for everyone
it's a international language
but is hard to improve if our friend / family did not know anything start from basic

Yes, I do think English is essential to learn, it allows us to communicate with people from different country since English is the international language.

Able to communicate with people from different country = gaining knowledge
