| 工作性质: | -Full spectrum of TALENT ACQUISITION i.e. from sourcing, selecting, interviewing & hiring -Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs -Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media -Resourceful in cold searches and fluent in using various media in sourcing for sales and administrative positions. -Coordinate and manage logistics for recruiting events, from marketing to screening, interviewing and selling, at local campuses or other venues; -Perform HR and admin function such as employee’s record maintenance, HR Documents/letters preparation. -Perform other HR and Admin daily operations duties. -Assist other daily administrative operations. -Ensure policies and procedures is updated and adhered to by all. -Perform other duties and projects as assigned or as responsibilities dictate. |

| 条件: | -Good exposure in high volume hiring and managing recruitment activities. -Candidate possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent -Preferable 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Fresh graduate are encourage to apply -Maintenance of confidentiality at all times -Good command of English and Mandarin written and spoken; -Resourceful in searching for potential candidates with the right skills. -Employment market savvy - knowledge of trends. |
