运动后的一个小时不能进食,不然摄取的calories会double up。。。
晚餐不能太迟吃,晚上消化比较慢,太晚进食会变脂肪囤积。。。
其实有一种长沾米,或叫pakistan米,高钙,没糖分,楼主可以试下。。。
