PC cannot write chinese!!

PC cannot write chinese word !!!! can anyone help????

window 7, i make it in this method;
go control panel
-clock,language...
-click change keyboard or other input method
-under administrative
-click change system locale
-click the arrow and scroll to "chinese(simplified,prc)

if window 8,i not sure...

Go to "Control Panel" click "Region And Language" ,click "Keyboard And Language" and click "Change Keyboard" and click "Add", from there chose the language you want to add.

after restart,u should see language bar at the below,
Crtl+shift to switch input method,
shift to switch chinese/english input.
hope it helps.

按control panel

按Clock，Language，and Region

按Region and Language

按Keyboards and Languages

按Changes Keyboards

按Add

选Chinese（simplified，PRC）
然后打勾Chinese（simplified）-US Keyboard

然后换成Chinese（simplified，PRC）-Chinese（simplified）-US Keyboard

然后按Apply

安装Google Pinyin, google" google pinyin". download and install.
