Cannot type chinese word! HELP ME PLS~!

My computer can see chinese word, i hav ady setting in regional and language option...

I can reply chinese on FB and after pressing enter key, i can see the chinese word...

but when i come to forum like: JBtalks, Cari forum, i cannot see the chinese word that i reply...

For example: i want to type xie4 xie4 ni3, it will become 璋㈣阿浣

里面设置输入法或者上网下载一个输入法
google 搜狗都行

i use google now~ also cannot leh~
registry problem? or browser problem?

ya, i use IE, Chrome, Firefox, all are same problem....

你去firefox看option有没有的setting什么

Are you setting your "region and language" -> " change system locale" to Traditional, Hong kong or Traditional, Taiwan ?
Try change it to Chinese ( simplified, PRC) and restart your pc.

try turn off the character encoding.

if mozilla => view => character encoding => auto-detect => off
then select chinese simplified.

if IE => view => encoding => more => chinese simplified.

if u want to type chinese......u need change system locale to Chinese PRC.

I ady change system locale to simplified chinese (PRC)... still the same problem...
i also search google, nothing could help me solve the problem...
i also update my pc using window updates, same problem...
