材料
蘑菇,酱油,黑椒粒
做法
1、蘑菇清洗干净,切厚片;
2、蘑菇飞水;(飞水可以去掉蘑菇的腥味)
3、捞起蘑菇,沥干水分;
4、热油锅(有黄油的话放黄油会更香),把蘑菇排进平底锅;
5、中火煎至两面稍带金黄;
6、淋入适量酱油;
7、磨入黑椒碎;
8、翻炒均匀即可;
