小弟前几个月在The Seed买了一间duplex unit.
个人非常喜欢。
请问有人也买了 the seed吗？

Mine phase 1 also but progress seem very slow now....

Heard from a stanchart banker who also bought a unit there. Sutera has added more manpower to the project and the pace has fasten. According to her estimation, phase 1 should be able to complete by March or April 2014.

Mar2013 is consider very slow. I think by that time sutera need to pay penalty to who are the pioneer buyer

Thanks for the info. Can I check if the completion date is written in our SPA? I do not recall such dates only mention that the developer has up to 36 months to complete the unit.

SPA上面是没有写completion date的。因为发展商只要在SPA日期的三年内(non-landed property)交锁匙给买主都不需要赔钱的。。。所以他们有很多时间before交锁匙给你....
