I bought SEED Condo Unit (1,394 Sqft) in Apr 2013....paying RM550 psf (or RM766K) for Phase Two.  Now Phase 3 launched. This will be the last 4 blocks of the Condo Unit (surrounding the Swimming Pool). The Price according to Poperty Guru is RM 1mln or RM 717 psf for the last 4 block of Condo Units....Phase 4 & 5 (last 2 phases) will only have Duplex no more condo units.

I think probably maybe Q3/Q4 2014 for Phase 1 ba...
