豬頸肉 2-3件
蜜糖 適量
醃料
乾蔥碎 半杯
芫茜碎 半杯
小紅椒 2-3個
老抽 半杯
魚露 5湯匙
米酒 1/4杯
砂糖 7湯匙
DIECTION 做法:
1. 將豬頸肉洗淨抹乾,將醃料拌勻放入豬頸肉醃過夜
2. 醃好豬頸肉放入焗爐將兩面燒熟,再塗上蜜糖燒至焦香
3. 放上涼架放涼,切件上碟
