就是...雞塊, 姜片, 蒜頭切片, 醬清, 黑醬油, 全部放進鍋裡, 從頭到尾用小火悶煮至熟即可 (2 人份的話, 約20 分鐘).
雞塊先用一點醬清醃 15 分鐘給它入味會更好吃. 煮時如果喜歡加些痲油及酒也不錯
