怎样做体能训练才不会有mucles?
女生最忌讳的就是有肌肉,现在还没有,但是继续练下去想没有都难,怎么办?
我在网络上看到一种做法,就是吃很多,然后做体能训练,这样体能训练就拿来消耗脂肪,不会有mucles,这个做法可靠吗?em0010
