工作性质: 1. Identifies, investigates, and resolves users problems with computer software and hardware.
2. Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns.
3. Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
4. Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
5. Guides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
6. Collaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.
7. Collaborates with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs.
8. Arranges service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.
9. Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
10. Implement System, Installation Software and Training Clients

1. 识别、调查和解决用户使用计算机软件和硬件的问题。

WFH (can arrange)
工作时间: 9.00am - 6:30pm
工作日期: 5 Working Day - Sat & Sun Off
工钱: Basic Salary + Allowance(s) + EPF/SOCSO
Depend on interview

2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
4. Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
7. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
