Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customerm without compromising company's guideline and ethics
Manage customer relationships and maintain customer database
To prossess strong sense of ownership to complete tasks within deadline
Performing other duties assigned by reporting manager or management team
工作地点: JB Menara Zurich
工作时间: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
工作日期: 五天制
工钱: RM 2000 to RM2500
条件: Candidate must prossess at least SPM and above
Fresh graduates/ entry level applications are encourages to apply
Speak, read and write proficiently in English and Mandarin
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible and willing to learn
