我和Maybank贷款了253839k，他们offer我的利息是4.55%，是浮动的。我缴了3个月了但是我发现近两个月的利息有点不一样。一下是我的房屋贷款plan:
Instalment Start Pay: 1 August
Financial Type: Maybank Islamic Loan
Outstanding Balance: -235000
Outstanding Cost of Finance: 240000
Payment Due Date: 1 November 2015
Monthly Instalment Amount: 1613
Profit Rate：4。55%
Payment frequency: Monthly

以下是我的算法：
六月：
Balance: 253839
Rate: 4.55
Interest = 253839 * 0.0455 /365 * 20 = 632.86
七月：
Balance: 254471.86
Rate: 4.55
Interest = 254471.86 * 0.0455 /365 * 31 = 980.93
八月：
Pay: 9452.79
Balance: 246000
Rate: 4.55
Interest = 246000 * 0.0455 /365 * 31 = 950.63
Actual Interest：950.78
九月：
Pay: 6950.78
Balance: 240000
Rate: 4.55
Interest = 240000 * 0.0455 /365 * 30 = 897.53
Actual Interest：899.52
十月
Pay: 5899.52
Balance: 235000
Rate: 4.55
Interest = 235000 * 0.0455 /365 * 31 = 908.13
Actual Interest：???
