排骨,青红椒,红葱头,蒜,玫瑰露酒,生抽,糖,盐,玉米淀粉
做法
1.排骨洗净,剁小块,泡去血水
2.加生抽,糖,盐,玉米淀粉腌20分钟
3.准备好配料
4.油爆红葱头和蒜
5.下排骨
6.小火慢煎,锅边淋一圈玫瑰露酒,继续盖盖小火焖
7.加青红椒再大火稍焖一会收汁
