Field Support Engineer X 1

The selected candidate will be deployed in medicaland healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:

* Provided  support of IT hardware, software, basic network problems and joining computers to AD Domain.
* Deployed Microsoft product updates     using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
* Managed file servers for user/group     shares, quotas and backup shares using Windows server 2003/2008.
* Configured FTP and Web shares using     Internet Information Services IIS.
* Managed file server and provide necessarypermission to users according business needs using Windows     SBS 2008
* Training will be provided for selected candidates

Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
* Minimum 2 years working experience in Clientand Server environment
* Experience working with medical equipment will be an added advantage
* Ability to effectively prioritize andexecute tasks in a high-pressure environment
