这个卖家态度不是很好！原本容易解决的事情，非要闹大，毕竟顾客汇款了，怎么可以扣留货呢，是人都挥火吧，又不是不给钱，如果做不到顾客的要求，一开始就不应该接这个生意，接了就要作好好，这是职业道德哦。。

其实不一定silence implies consent 的.
Silence does not constitute acceptance/ consent.
Unless silence = speech

style story 本身是ITT 过后是你offer 他你要购买服务然后他接受你的offer [就是所谓的acceptance],
with lawful consideration and lawful object
(you paid your stuffs and he/she is making profit in the same time)

Thus,there is a valid contract.

I think there is sufficient coercion here as well.Under penal code,the detention of goods

And thus, in my opinion,he/she is bound to send you the goods/ make sufficient compensation

哈哈！欢迎讨论。你看看我给卖家最后的短消息，"silence implies consent"在这里可以用了。因为我在内容已经声明了。

另一点，我的观点跟你相反。卖家首页的帖子帖子内容才是个offer (offered service)，我一下单表示我accept这个offer，然后交易就开始了，对吗？

我現在跟她交易著呢其實，已經出貨了不過貨還沒到手而已哈哈，我覺得效率還不錯啊，真的有那麼不好哦

其实你要看回 ITT是什么
ITT其实是invitation to treat
比如你去一间店买东西,offer is made by you, not the shopkeeper, the shopkeeper can choose to accept/ not your offer.If he chose to accept, then he will sell you the item.
ITT 分为 exhibition on shelf, advertisement, auction等等
