then 脚放在椅子上做 push up, 也是12下一组,总共3组
最后 wide push up 也是12下一组,总共3组
每次休息30-60sec, 每天做。
你觉得ok吗?

请问lz,如果只有练,没有喝protein,这样可以练强壮?
