I recently came across a few "rumours" (because the claims are not substantiated) about IKEA opening its JB outlet just opposite the Sutera Mall.
If this were true, it would obviously make quite a difference to our area and I suppose the long-term value of the Seed.
Anyone care to comment?

Welcome Chrismt & Bulkowski to join the community. I am phase one owner, although the progress is running, still not sure next year phase one can hand over the key on time. Otherwise we can claim LAD from developer.

If IKEA open at Sutera Utama area, sure it will bring up the entire property value for this area. But don't bring hope on this rumours, cause the Tebrau IKEA also rumours for years and never come true.

Any one got latest update for The Seed price? I mean phase 3.
