请问一下，为什么我的Big card突然不能用了？
情况是这样的，
我刚才要通过cimb reload我的big card,但是过不到，cimb让我check card status.
当我登录我的big account的时候，在card status那里看到 block、cancelled card。
为什么会这样？是不是有维修时间还是什么的？我前两天还有用我的big card来买机票。。
请问我该怎么办?
