1.鸡蛋上锅蒸熟(喜欢吃就多做,不过至少要10个);
2.啤酒1瓶、白糖1杯、酱油1杯备用;
3.煮好的鸡蛋去壳放入锅中,倒入啤酒、酱油、白糖小火煮20分钟左右,到汤汁收干浓稠即可。
