
材料
嫩豆腐1块,淀粉,鸡蛋,番茄酱,糖
做法
1.鸡蛋+淀粉调成厚糊状。豆腐切块,然后再裹上面糊。
2.在热油里到金黄后盛出。
3.锅留底油,倒入番茄沙司,加糖,水淀粉略勾芡。把豆腐放下去裹上茄汁。
