为什么把 isn't 改为 wasn't，那不是把意思改了吗？

注意到上面两句的分别吗？
（1） Sam doesn't spend enough time on his studies.
（2） Sam isn't strong enough to lift the box.

什么分别？
在第一句里，enough 出现在名词 time 之前；
在第二句里，enough 出现在形容词 strong 之后；

enough 的正确用法是：
enough + 名词；
形容词 + enough

enough 的用法：

(1) enough + [名词/noun] :
Is there enough sugar in your tea?
I don't have enough money to buy a computer.
I didn't have enough time to finish my work.

(2) [形容词/adjective] + enough :
He is not good enough for you.
Tom isn't tall enough to reach the shelf.
They're not old enough to get married.

提示：很多错误，都是本地学生（及老师？）常犯的错误。

didn't + 原型动词；homework 不可数，没有复数，这两个个改法正确，但句子还有一个本地老师也常犯的错误，其实学生就是从老师那里感染过来的错误。
