楼主！请问下：A guest in a Chinese house never finishes a drink. He leaves a little to show that he has had enough. 最后那句是什么结构？为什么有has had..?

其实不是那样的，一直都想放弃这种工作......因为现在的学生都是为了考试的目被逼来上课的，在这种动机下他们并没打算把这个语言掌握好，只要考试可以及格或得到高分就行了，所以很多基本且很重要的东西，如果不是考试会出的，他们就会认为去学习是浪费时间的，那样，他们怎么能学好语言呢？教了也感到很没有成就感，也感到浪费自己的时间。

has had = [辅助动词 has]+[过去分词 had] = 吃/喝了

I have had breakfast. 我吃了早餐。
He has had a cup of coffee. 他喝了一杯咖啡。

答案：

✘An ambulance came and ~~send~~ the injured man to the hospital.
✔An ambulance came and took the injured man to the hospital.

take 和 send

take 是带（某某人去某个地方）
send 是派或送（某某人去某个地方）

I took them to the airport. 我带他们去飞机场。（我也一起去）
I sent them to stay with their grandparents。（我没有去）

这是本地人很常犯的错误，很多参考书，甚至考试都用错 send 这个词，很多老师也教错。
