还是不行......

to has, to had 都是不正确的组合；to + [原型动词] ：to go; to eat; to be; to have... 这些称为[不定式/infinitive]

He has suggested us to have a walk along the beach.
对吗？？

不对。 suggest 不能这么用： suggest sb + [不定式/infinitive]，不能说 suggest sb to ...

这个可以接受，正确答案，但游戏规则是尽量减少修改，比如He suggested (that) we should go for a walk along the beach.就比较接近原句。

that 可省略
He suggested we went ... : 这是一般的过去时态
He suggested we go ... : 这是虚拟语气/Subjunctive

本地人习惯性把口语化的英文用在书写上。。。
所以很多都变得不标准了....

其实无论口语或书写都离不开语法，只不过口语或会简化或省略一些东西......而本地人的口语和书写都一样，语法乱七八糟，不知所谓，这些都是没有基础造成的。

虽然火车是未来开动，但火车行程是根据时间表的，这种情况通常用现在时态表达： does + leave

does 用在 he/she/it，单数的主语/subject: a dog, a boy, a table...; 还有不可数的主语/Subject: water, money, fire...
do 用在 I/you/we/they 和复数的主语/subject: dogs, children, computers...
did 不分单数复数或不可数名词，还有任何代名词（I/you/we/they/he/she/it）都可以用。
