建议楼主多摄取些钙质(Calcium)和骨胶原(glucosamine)
Calcium 是什么年龄层的都需要的~ 而glucosamine 通常只有老年人才需要==
可是感觉楼主的膝盖可能是受伤过? 或者是骨胶原不够吧~ 所以软骨之间的骨头不够润滑~
简单来说calcium给你骨头硬,glucosamine是润滑剂来的~
