Due to my job, everyday. Actually at home too.
Just try to speak as more as you could to improve it.

I had to speak English everyday with my customer through phone and face to face , even had to reply in English . I got a lots of calls from other country like Japan , Italy and France and it gave me a headache when trying to figure out their English . It make me sad sometime when my customers told my boss that my English is awful . I had learn English since i am still a kid , i always got full marks when i in kinder-garden and primary school . But i feel that my English is bad when i in secondary . My grammar are still really bad , and i even speak broken English when i am nervous . I still can't speak excellent English after all this years .
