I had to speak English everyday with my customer through phone and face to face , even had to reply ...

That is rather true. I am studying in university.
Most classmates are using English as their main communication language.
However, me and few friends of mine are from same previous college, thus, we are so comfortable to speak in Mandarin almost all the time. =(
