not that fluent but its not that bad too

through reading. for me, read more books and newspapers. but lack of chances of speaking.

thats will only improve ur grammar and spelling, its not going to help u to speak english well
the only way to speak well is through conversation
u can write a really good english essay but u might not able to express/present by speaking
dont be shy to talk in english

I speak english with my colleague,

and to improve me and my boy english,

we've set a "English Day" and we can only type and speak english on that day,

if who break the rule, will need to pay $200
