Your english is not too bad.
You can start reading some english novel from now, any genre will do as long as you like it.
You'll learn a lot from the novel.

yea, beside english reading, writing, listening and speaking
always use proper english and think in english

if you want to speak excellent english, you gotta learn with your ears, listening, listening, listening and more listening is the key to speaking excellent.
