蛋挞 Egg Tart (30pcs)
蛋挞皮
面粉 400g
糖粉 60g
奶粉 100g
牛油 200g(可以更少)
蛋 2粒
*搓均匀,不要有一粒粒,这样皮就很滑,口感比较好
蛋挞馅 (A+B)
A
Dutch Lady鲜奶250ml 1包
蛋 5粒
*蛋打散+牛奶一起沥,不能有大块状以免影响口感
B
糖 120g
水 150ml
*煮溶,放置冷却
烘25分钟,220度
注:如果麻烦买奶粉的话,单单用面粉也可以,就等于500g,因为奶粉有甜味,有的有蜜糖,所以可能做出来的蛋挞皮比较香。

发现另一种蛋挞馅,比较好吃!我做了觉得这个口感比较好
