早餐一定要吃~
午餐吃健康能饱的~
晚餐不要吃那么多~最好蔬菜水果吃比较多~
(最好是习惯算卡路里)
水也要喝很多~但要分段时间喝~
也要早睡早起啦~
每天也要30-1小时运动
每天都这样做一定瘦的又健康哦~
