Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today announced Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, the return of the highly revered action-fighting game series. Marvel and Capcom universes collide like never before as iconic characters team up for action-packed player-versus-player combat. Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is currently in development and will simultaneously release on the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and Windows PC worldwide in late 2017.

Imagined and created through a shared vision between the two companies, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite will feature a variety of exciting and accessible single player modes and rich multi-player content for new players and longtime fans alike. In addition to single player Arcade, Training, and Mission modes, a visually stunning and immersive cinematic Story Mode will put players at the center of both universes as they battle for survival against a sinister new threat.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is being built to highlight a combination of iconic and fan favorite characters and stages from both universes, including Captain Marvel and Iron Man from the Marvel side, and Ryu and Mega Man X from Capcom. More characters, stages, modes and features will be revealed in the coming months. Tune in to ESPN2 on Sunday at 5:30PM PST, December 4 during the Capcom Cup 2016 broadcast to see an exclusive first look of an extended gameplay trailer from Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite.

In anticipation of the new game, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is being re-released for current generation systems; with the “PlayStation 4” digital download version available today and the Xbox One and Windows PC versions coming in March 2017. Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for current-gen systems includes a new gallery mode, is packed with all previous DLC, and features an improved 1080p resolution at 60 frames per second. The re-release of Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is being offered as an individual download title on all systems for $24.99.

The Deluxe Edition includes the main game on PS4 or Xbox One and a 2017 Character Pass, which contains access to six all-new additional post-launch characters including Sigma, the main antagonist from the Mega Man X series. Pre-order bonuses for all versions in North America include Warrior Thor and Evil Ryu costumes. Check with individual retailers for details in Europe and Australia as some offers may vary. Load up your quivers and hand cannons, as the new Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite gameplay trailer is here! Watch Ultron battle it out with iconic Marvel and Capcom characters, including Chun-Li, Hulk, Strider Hiryu, Thor, Chris Redfield and Hawkeye after the jump.

Ultron makes his first appearance in the Marvel vs. Capcom series and brings with him a sinister set of attacks to dispatch his foes. Most notable, is the ability to summon an endless army of drone reinforcements to aid him in battle. He can summon these both on the ground and in the air. The drones also come in two flavors, one stays back assisting Ultron with a beam to cover him with the second version charging forward and smashing his opponent with a powerful blast of energy.

The new gameplay trailer also features the introduction of the Space Stone. Using the Space Stone’s Infinity Surge will alter your opponent, dragging them towards you. Activating the Space Stone’s Infinity Storm will encase your opponent inside a prism for a short period of time, giving you the space to plan your next attack more easily.

The other Marvel and Capcom fighters have also powered up since their last battle, including additional special and super attacks to help them in their fight against Ultron Sigma. Hulk is armed with his new Gamma Crush attack that creates a vicious volcano and Strider Hiryu’s new air super gives him the ability to slash his opponents from anywhere on the screen.

For those looking for Rocket Raccoon, never fear, we’ll be releasing more on him soon and showing off his arsenal of moves at a later date.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite adds Jedah from Darkstalkers
《Marvel vs. Capcom：Infinite》新角色 Jedah复活

　　在EVO 2017的《终极漫画英雄对卡普空 3》的直播活动中，卡普空官方公布了《漫画英雄对卡普空：无限》的最新实机影像，在这段视频中，来自《恶魔战士》系列中的Jedah确认参战。同时，在今年E3期间公布的“银河护卫队”成员卡魔拉也有一段精彩的影像。除了这两名角色之外，春丽、洛克人、惊奇队长、奥创、钢铁侠这些角色也都一并登场。

　　Jedah Dohma是来自《恶魔战士》中的大人气反派，在系列的3代中被Morrigan杀死，但由于他黑暗尊主的身份，因此可以简单的复生。然而由于CAPCOM已经将《恶魔战士》系列束之高阁，因此他的正式回归看来是遥遥无期了。该系列的上一款作品是2013年发售的合集性质游戏，而其最后的正统续作则要追溯到1997年，因此Jedah的在本作中的出现让人十分惊喜。

　　《漫画英雄对卡普空：无限》将在2017年9月19日正式上市，届时将登陆PS4、Xbox One和PC三个平台。

While Jedah has previously made playable appearances in non-Darkstalkers titles such as the SNK vs. Capcom series, this is the first time he is playable in a Marvel vs. Capcom game.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19. A story demo is currently available for consoles.

　　在SDCC的活动上，CAPCOM 官方公布了一段《漫画英雄对卡普空：无限》的最新实机演示，几名新参战角色也在这段视频中首次亮相。他们分别是来自《快打旋风》的市长Haggar、《生化危机》系列的经典boss追踪者、《丧尸围城》的主角记者Frank West以及来自漫威的蜘蛛侠。

Haggar is a former professional wrestler who became mayor of Metro City. He is famous for calling himself the “Fighting Mayor” as he teams up with friends to battle against Mad Gear gang, a crime syndicate that plagues Metro City. Frank West is a photojournalist famous for covering a zombie outbreak at a shopping mall and rescuing its survivors. This experience taught him to get creative and utilize objects in his surroundings as deadly weapons. With Frank West being a professional photographer, it only makes sense for him to take a steady shot while in action with his new tripod camera. He can also wear the patented Servbot helmet, letting him fly through projectiles and extend his combos.

The Mind Stone is the fifth announced Infinity Stone for Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. This stone brings a command grab type of attack to its wielder in the air and on the ground. Upon landing a successful Infinity Surge attack, the opponent will fall to the ground and wake up in a daze, giving the wielder plenty of time to set up their next attack. Activating the Infinity Storm gives players a boost in hyper gauge regeneration. Hyper gauge will naturally increase without performing any additional actions, letting players build up their powerful super attacks much faster.

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 19. A story demo is currently available for consoles.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite Full Story Trailer and Game modes Revealed



Capcom Releases New Story Trailer for Marvel vs. capcom: infinite; Confirms Modes and Characters

Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today released an all-new cinematic trailer that highlights never-before-seen elements of the story mode experience featured in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite. The action-packed trailer expands upon the key plot points, with heroes from both universes coming together in an attempt to stop Ultron Sigma from infecting all biological life in the newly merged Marvel and Capcom worlds.

More playable characters in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite have been recently confirmed, including Jedah, Dormammu, Firebrand, and Ghost Rider. Additional information and gameplay details on these four characters will be available next week, in conjunction with the Gamescom event in Cologne, Germany. These newly added characters bring the final roster at launch up to 30 characters, with more post launch characters to be revealed in the future.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite will provide memorable experiences and infinite gameplay possibilities for players of all skill levels. The next evolution of the popular action-fighting series will arrive action-packed at launch, with a variety of accessible single player and multiplayer offerings including:









Offline Modes and Features

• Story – Puts players at the center of a fierce battle as heroes from both universes come together to stop Ultron Sigma, the combined form of two robotic villains.

• Arcade – Recreates the classic arcade experience. Keep winning to move forward and confront the final boss in an epic showdown of skills.

• Mission – Players can do various tutorial missions, or try their hand at advanced character-specific challenges.

• Training – Set up a training area with various parameters and hone skills to improve fighting abilities.

• Vs. Player 2 – Go head-to-head against another player locally.

• Vs. CPU – Play solo against an AI-controlled opponent.

• Collection – The Dr. Light Database contains numerous unlockable items, including cut scenes from the story mode, character/stage information, concept artwork and character/stage audio tracks.









Online Modes and Features

• Ranked Match – Battle other players online to advance in the rankings.

• Casual Match – Battle other players online without the results affecting the rankings.

• Beginners League – A special league fought between players of Rank 14 or lower.

• Lobby – Search for or create a lobby where up to 8 players can engage in simultaneous player-vs-player matches.

• Rankings – View the rankings of players from all over the world.

• Replay Settings – Configure replay settings and view replays.

All of the action in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite takes place in new but familiar settings, as famous locations from the Marvel and Capcom universes fuse together as part of Ultron Sigma’s nefarious plot. Imagined and created through a shared vision between the two companies, the game will feature free-form 2v2 team battles and the ability to harness the power of one of six game-changing Infinity Stones, further deepening the customized gameplay by allowing players to equip and unleash elemental in-game powers during battle.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite will simultaneously release on the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One systems and Windows PC across North America and Europe on September 19, 2017.
