房屋贷款用islamic bank好吗

Yes,it is comply with islamic SHARIAH laws,and it is apply to principle reduction concept which could save your daily profit by deposit a sum of cash into the saving/current ac provided,the only concern is the higher profit will charged compared to term loan with lower interest rate,please ensure you have a large amount of savings and you dont redraw the cash often ,then only you apply for the IB product,

P/s : Mortgage loan is a long term transaction,especially if you decided to apply it in joint name with your immediate family /companion ,you really need to consider the current relationship with them seriously cause it may bring you concern if any matters led to unexpectation occured in future,it will involved a lot of unnessary arguement and conflict of interest which might complicated to handle.
