I would say the answer is (2) because the word "those"/"these" refers to more than one person. As for 'wanted', in my opinion, it can only be used in the past situation.

Normally I used google search machine to check.
"those who wants to buy" --- 163,000 results
"those who wants to buy" --- 12,400,000 results
Obviously, the second sentence should be more appropriate.
