我和我姐姐在星期日和昨天分别做了黍米小蛋糕和奶油小蛋糕~
前者为蒸的,后者是烤的..
请问为何做出来的时候上面会有一层黏黏或湿湿的呢?
是因为蒸/烤的时间不够久的关系吗?
请各位大大帮忙我解答~
