Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure all production batches are manufatured in compliance with manufacturing instructions / procedures and quality specification.
- To supervise and provide daily support to the production shop floor on operational activities and issues.
- To ensures that production shop floor staffs are trained and capable of performing their jobs with knowledge, accuracy and precision.
- To establish, review, maintain or improve the departmental standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- To control costs at standard levels or below the levels.
- To be responsible for the implementation of all personnel matters within this section including safety.
- To ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5S in production.
- To ensure optimum use of labour, machines and materials.
- To plan, organize and make sure production resources are executed within budgets.
- To report to department manager on departmental issues, activities, and accomplishments.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Prefer male candidate
- Fluent in Chinese, English, Malay
- Required Skills: PC Literate, Microsoft Office
- Must able to work at Serdenak
