Hi Jayrein. ^^

1) I guess yes. But in different situations, sometimes, proper english is a must.
2) I will but not always. But when talking with international students, I won't add those, afraid that they will not understand.
3) Speak in any situations that you can. Don't avoid. Think back some dialogues that you have before, any how you would improve.
4) If I can understand what the foreigner is asking me, of course I will answer. If not, will ask him/her to repeat or explain again. =P
