i'm a waitress~i'm still new~
coz my restaurant always hv a lots of foreigner,so dat i choose tis restaurant~
also hope dat it can improve my english as well~

actually, manglish is come from mixing in malaysia culture and proper english. People can't change the way that they used to speak. they are translating from chinese to english, so this make why they speak a, leh, en, lor...
But i prefer proper english although i'm not good in speaking proper english. Proper English is sound nice, smooth.

    proper english can be trained
just need to practice more practice make perfect

    its wonderful ....tqs to given me some cofidence。。its work to me。。be careful   i have not yet in my english level skill to discuss   about this title‘’ proper or local english 。。‘’ in a smooth mode.. just  ' check it up ' with me ...

2) when having daily conversation, will u add some unnecessary words such as "la", "lo","meh", "wor" etc??
3) the way/ways used to improve english conversation??
4) if a foreigner is throwing a question to u, will u dare to answer him/her??

1) its ' of course '?..we are local ppl here and some ppl use to it..
2) maybe sometimes i will (the point is ..actually no one talk with me use english in daily...  but...i just found one..
3) ownself ' automatically' find the best place to pratice to improve myself english..
4) when really that is a foreigner ' choose' me to talk or ask..i will try my best to let him?her understood my english ..even maybe will let them feel weird or totally not understand my answer...i will think this is a vy gd chance for me。。i will tell myself go ahead ...dont be shine,and also make a gd courtesy to foreigner。。

Nope. I'll skip those words when i'm speaking in english.

Read/Speak/Listen/Write more.

Sure. That's also a way to improve english.
