Launch的时候最早最早最便宜的好象是800多，不过听说全部很快都被扫完。

欠钱的终于要deactivate 了

ACCESS CARD DE-ACTIVATION 1st Dec 2012
Starting 1st December 2012 (Saturday), JPKP10 will DEACTIVATE residents access cards who have outstanding security fees for 2 month or more between a period of Jul – Nov 2012.
ALL VISITORS & RESIDENTS WITHOUT ACCESS CARD (due to disabled, missing, insufficient, left at home excuses) will have to REGISTER at the main guard house to enter. A team of AJK will be stationed at the main guard house at certain peak period times to supervise & ensure our security guards follow in/out procedure strictly.
Residents who have NO OUTSTANDING fee & good payment record are STRONGLY ADVISED TO USE SIDE GATE B & C starting 1st December 2012 during peak period to avoid a traffic jam at the main guard house. Police support from Bandar Dato Onn police station maybe called upon to help with the traffic control & any untoward inccident.
(Traffic jam at Post Guard A on 17 Aug 2012 when AJK supervise & enforce in/out procedure.
Avoid main guard house starting 1st Dec 2012)
Residents with DISABLED ACCESS CARD can enjoy easy access to P10 again when they :
a) Settle all outstanding fess at least from Jul-Nov 2012
b) Come to JPKP10 office to swap your disabled access cards after clearing all debts.
(Card swap is free)
TO AVOID ANY INCONVENIENCES TO YOURSELF, PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CLEAR ALL YOUR OUTSTANDING SECURITY FEES AND HAVE ENOUGH ACCESS CARD FOR ALL YOUR VEHICLES (CAR & MOTORCYCLE)
